Tran has helped tremendously with getting my site up and running. I moved from another host and converted the site to MemberSpeed software. I ran into some problems getting the email message handlers working properly. Tran jumped in and helped and I put the site into production within 24 hours of her working with me.
If you need a programmer that really knows their stuff then Tran is the one! I have learned from her videos that she placed in the free area on this site.

Hi everybody,
If you are not an "internet savvy" person, then you will need help, soon or later. Unless you are planning to do nothing with this program. I hope, that's not you !
I mean, installation of you software core, modules, upgrades and whole host of other details takes a very knowledgeable
person and fairly good amount of time for implementation.
And as it's known about any website - it is never finish !
Now, what can I say about "Outsourcing For Hire" and a specifically about Nam Tran ?
Without Nam Tran I would be still looking at my software collecting dust.
Nam Tran installed my core software, all modules,all upgrades, autoresponder, Wordpress, Blog, .... basically she built my website from scratch.
All I did, was to give her a logo and a website content.
We are still not done, as you can guess, there is always more to do.
Here are Nam Tran's virtues: very friendly, down to earth, patient, knowledgeable, good tutor, interested to help, reliable a reasonable with her prices. She is a sweetheart.

From time to time you happen to find some real jewels in the internet. I consider myself lucky to have found one of these precious people. If you can get hold of Tran's service, you got a golden resource. You get excellent service, patient coaching and immediate help whenever you need.
Me working from Germany and using a nobody knows how I messed up system, we couldn't figure out how to run the demo system Tran normally uses on my computer. Tran was totally flexible and adapted easily to my restrictions. She solved all the problems and questions I had. And she took the time that was needed.
When she now offered her new service for hosting it took me less than a second to decide and take her offer. I know I am in good hands now.

Building a site with all the codes and scripts, ZEND, sql and SSH is like opening a vault. You may have been given the combination but if you slip past one number or can't read what you wrote down or don't know the difference between left and right, you will never get inside. I had my site built and operating just fine when I tried the simple update to vers 1.7. I don't know what I did wrong but I totally crashed my site. After waiting too long for a response from the official "support" site and then receiving the wrong advice, I asked Tran for help. Two messages later, I was updated with my old data restored. Tran is smart, generous and a real problem solver. FIVE STARS for TRAN

I know very little about about software or scripts. After I purchased my CMSI software I had a script installer do the installation.
As I started to learn the power of CMSI and began to slowly build my site I ran into some challenges and frustrations I could not get a handle on so I ran across Tran I asked for help.
Tran has done a terrific job identifying problems, finding solutions and cleaning up a mess. Tran has gotten my site back on track as well as doing an upgrading for me.
If I have any more problems, Tran is my very first call.

As one of the original users of CMSInfusion, I experienced a couple of technical problems that I wasn't savvy enough to resolve. One problem was the in-built autoresponder that did not work as it was meant to, and the second was a problem with the Article Management Module. I'm not blaming CMSI - their content management system is God's gift to internet marketers but their early tutorials were a bit difficult to absorb and I screwed up!
It was my good fortune to come across Outsourcingforhire.com in an unofficial CMSI forum. Tran, at Outsourcing forhire.com, resolved my problems within 24 hours and got me back on the road, so to speak.
Tran, was patient with a non-techie like me, and provided a service that was first class. I am now a member of her site and often refer to the excellent 'how to' video tutorials on CMSI that she has available on her site.
Knowing that I can access a CMSI expert when needed, I am now more confident in using CMSI. Keep up the good work, Tran.

I am one of the technically challenged purchasers of CMSI, and don't expect to have a site up in the program for some time yet. My site, above, is my wordpress blog, adapted to a health and wellness site.
Your tutorials are exceptionally well done. I had heard of the Google stats tracking system, but had not a clue what it could do. Your tutorial was a real eye opener, and, made the whole process so clear.
Other turorials I have seen tended to dismiss the importance of the "slug" and use of meta tags. It pleased me greatly to see how well you covered that topic and placed these very important functions in perspective; giving them the prominence they deserve.
Adding pages. That is a biggie. So glad to see it, particularly since I expect to use at least two levels, or sub pages, when I get the mechanics all worked out.
All in all - a great job, well executed. Thank you so much.

I joined as charter member because I needed personal help changing colors on my template. Nam, set up a time and called me, set up go to meeting so she could see my computer screen and helped me install 2 cmsi software on 2 websites.
She was very patient, and I was so happy with the new version of cmsi installed and templates are now the color I want them. She was suppose to spend only 1 hour but because Im a charter member and was first one on coaching schedule we spent like 3 hours.
I got my moneys worth in the first hour. I highly recommend hiring Nam because of the one on one phone and computer support. I love it when I can talk to somebody and they can watch my every move on my computer.
